What this service is for

Aerial mapping turns a property into usable data — a stitched overhead map, an elevation model, or a measurable 3D site. It's built for landowners, builders, and farmers who need to see and measure a property from above, not for legal boundary surveys.

Good to know: Aerial mapping documents and measures a property. It does not establish legal boundary lines. Projects requiring a certified boundary survey or plat filed with the county require a Tennessee-licensed surveyor — we're glad to coordinate with one on your behalf.
